Health Importance
Dear Reader,
Today, I would like to share my views on human health and its importance. Because health is very important to everyone. Each and Every village, state and country development depend on its people health.
But, now a day's many countries are concentrated in developing economically and technically. Somewhat they are ignoring people health. Of course, it is good to develop Industrially, but due to entering harmful gases like Carbon Dioxide, Sulphur Dioxide etc., into air leads to air pollution. Which leads to a lot of diseases to human beings by collapsing their breathing process. This may cause to deaths. We are not understanding how much loss that we are getting. Similarly, consumption of Tobacco, Gutka, our lungs is getting severe damage.
Nowadays many people are attracted towards unhealthy habits. That's why a huge number of people are admitted to hospitals. Among those who admitted in hospitals, a major number are getting injured from smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco. If it will get continued, there is no human being remains on this earth in near future. With consumption of tobacco and alcohol, we may get temporary satisfaction or relax. But internally our body gets damaged. Nothing we can do after damage.
By the caption, Health is Wealth we must understand how much importance was given to health than wealth. So, prevention is better than cure. Easily we can get attracted by a lot of unhealthy habits. Once we addicted to them, it is very difficult to come out of them. Today young generation thinks that consumption of smoking and drinking is a fashion. 90% of people are getting habitual to bad habits in their young age. Which reduce their lifespan vary rapidly.
Once think about their family members and their dependencies, it may be fewer chances to get addiction. By consumption of tobacco, not only affecting our health, we are spoiling our surroundings and surrounding person's health. We are making them as passive smokers. Religions may vary from country to country, but unhealthy habits are very common in all places of countries. We are here for doing good things, but not spoil the existing things.
According to me, Life is a precious thing which was gifted by the God. Make it valuable, responsible.
What efforts we should put in practice to control Unhealthy?
Each and every person must and should prefer to take nutritious food. If it is very hard to stop unhealthy habits immediately, try to reduce the consumption. I observed so many people, to stop unhealthy habits by putting some occasion or some fancy date , they consume heavy on that day by saying that was the last day. What about next day, no change. Most of the people consummating same unhealthy things as usual. By doing this, what is the use? Think once. What are we? What are the responsibilities that we have?
By following simple things, we can come out of any type of bad habit. Just boil water before drink. Drink every pure water up to 5 liters. Just eat every day one Apple. Just one Apple per a day keeps your doctor miles away. Take citrus fruits, Eat one Egg daily. Drink every day one cup of milk. Do exercise daily. Go for a morning walk. Avoid junk foods and fast foods.
Try to avoid smoking. Placing "No Smoking" boards everywhere is not the solution. We have to follow, what we say. Even educated people do smoke in public places. I do not criticize anyone.
Advantages of having Good Health:
First of all, we will have a happy life. Good breath, Good Body smell. With good health, we will get a great energy regarding both physically and mentally. With this energy, we can achieve our goals and ambitions. If we follow good healthy habits, our generation also follows the same habits.
Finally, I am requesting one and all, please try to stay far away from all bad and unhealthy habits. Make your life Happy and make Happy and healthy society. Be proud of a Healthy human being.
